Approve the Development Standards Adjustment to City Code Section 7.2.209.B, Table 7.2.2-I, allowing the establishment of 5-foot side yard setbacks for all sides of lots that have no street frontage or alley loaded, based upon the finding that the request complies with the criteria for a Development Standards Adjustment set forth in City Code Section 7.5.525.
