  Summary:

The Office of Innovation completed a year-long pilot project of streetlight controllers and weather sensors.  This presentation includes the project findings and next steps.

 

  Background: 

The Office of Innovation partnered with Colorado Springs Utilities to pilot streetlight controllers and weather sensors.  The streetlight controllers provide notifications of outages and other issues to staff.  The weather sensors provide weather data including temperature, humidity, surface temperature, and snow depth.
