Approve the Non-Use Variance to City Code Section 7.4.910(B)(2) allowing a fence between the front facade of the primary structure and the lot frontage to be six (6) feet in height based upon the finding that the request complies with the criteria for a Non-Use Variance set forth in City Code Section 7.5.526.

 

2.                     Motion to Deny

Deny the Non-Use Variance to City Code Section 7.4.910(B)(2) allowing a fence between the front facade of the primary structure and the lot frontage to be six (6) feet in height based upon the finding that the request does not comply with the criteria for a Non-Use Variance set forth in City Code Section 7.5.526.
