1.                     Motion to Approve

Approve the Development Standards Adjustment to City Code Sections Table 7.2.2-I and Section 7.4.201 for the establishment of a reduced Front - Street-loaded Garage Setback for the “Unit B” product type based upon the finding that the request complies with the criteria for a Development Standards Adjustment set forth in City Code Section 7.5.525 with the following condition:

a.                     Prior to subdivision plat approval, the applicant shall provide documentation from the applicable Metropolitan District demonstrating enforceable mechanisms to prohibit off-street parking on driveways shorter than twenty feet.

 

2.                     Motion to Deny

Deny the Development Standards Adjustment to City Code Sections Table 7.2.2-I and Section 7.4.201 allowing for the establishment of a reduced Front - Street-loaded Garage Setbackfor the “Unit B” product type based upon the finding that the request does not comply with the criteria for a Development Standards Adjustment set forth in City Code Section 7.5.525.
