This item supports the City’s strategic goals relating to investing in infrastructure, and building community and collaborative relationships.  The City’s Initiative to End Homelessness provided the bridge to a creation of a strategic plan for the CoC.  One of the specific items was to strengthen the CoC.  This is our report on progress toward that objective.
