 Summary:
Pursuant to Council's direction a their December 9, 2014 regular Council meeting, City Council may discuss the possibility of retaining outside counsel to assist it in exploring a declaratory judgment or other legal means of resolving differing interpretations of the authority granted by the City Charter to the Mayor and City Council relating to the City's annual budget process.
 
 Previous Council Action:  
On December 9, 2014, City Council addressed the Mayor's disapproval by veto of two separate elements of the City's 2015 appropriations ordinance (Oridinance 14-101).
