Proposed Motion:
Move to approve an ordinance amending the zoning map of the City of Colorado Springs pertaining to approximately 7.79 acres located at 4290, 4310, 4320, 4330, and 4340 Buckingham Drive from BP/CR (Business Park with Conditions of Record) to LI/CR (Light Industrial with Conditions of Record) for the purpose of providing notice and setting a public hearing date for August 25, 2026, to consider the Buckingham Industrial zone change ordinance.

1. The following uses shall be prohibited:
i. Household Living,
ii. Group Living Uses,
iii. Industrial Hemp,
iv. Marijuana-Related Services,
v. Natural Medicines, and
vi. Kennel - Indoor and Outdoor.
