The land use plan illustrates the proposed land use configuration, access and circulation, intended infrastructure and overall intent. The proposed zoning will establish a PDZ (Planned Development Zone; Non-Residential; maximum square footage of 7,000,000 square feet; maximum building height of 120 feet) District.
