  Summary:

The Mayor disapproved Ordinance No. 25-59 by veto on July 11, 2025.  Pursuant to City Charter section 3-70(e), Council may override a veto by a vote of six (6) Councilmembers.

 

  Background: 

Pursuant to City Charter section 3-70(e) and City Code section 1.2.108, the Mayor may disapprove an ordinance by veto.  The Mayor disapproved Ordinance No. 25-59 by veto on July 11, 2025.

City Council approved upon second reading Ordinance No. 25-59 at their July 9, 2025 meeting.
