Approve the proposed street name change from Mt. Washington Ave. to Creekwalk Ct. for the roughly 325 foot long segment of public roadway immediately north of E. St. Elmo Ave., based upon the finding that the request complies with the street name change review criteria in City Code Section 7.7.704.D.7.
