Motion to Approve

Recommend approval to City Council the adoption of AnnexCOS, the 2026 Annexation Plan for the City of Colorado Springs, based upon the finding that the proposal complies with City Code Chapter 7 Section 7.5.706, and serves at the Three-Mile Plan as required by C.R.S. §31-12-105(1)(e).

 

Motion to Deny

Recommend denial to City Council the adoption of AnnexCOS, the 2026 Annexation Plan for the City of Colorado Springs, based on the findings that the proposal does not comply with City Code Chapter 7 Section 7.5.706, and serves at the Three-Mile Plan as required by C.R.S. §31-12-105(1)(e).
