  UPDATE:

At this time there is further work from the City Parks and Recreation that needs to take place for these applications to be ready for final public hearing. Staff will be removing this item from the City Planning Commission agenda indefinitely until such time the applications are complete and at that time a full new public notice will be established to post the items for a new agenda.

Withdraw the concept plan application to the Briargate Master Plan from the City Planning Commission.
