Approve the Development Standards Adjustment to City Code Section 7.2.209.B, Table 7.2.2-I, allowing the establishment of a minimum lot area for residential uses of 1,000 sf per du in the R-Flex Medium Zone District based upon the finding that the request complies with the criteria for a Development Standards Adjustment set forth in City Code Section 7.5.525.
