Body

Downtown Partnership Staff, the Downtown Development Authority Board, and various City Staff have been working closely with planning consultants MIG Inc., Economic & Planning Systems (EPS), and Consor Engineering to draft a tactical update to the 2016 Experience Downtown Plan. This item is an informational presentation to the City Planning Commission to describe efforts to date, introduce the initial draft, and to field questions and suggestions from the Commissioners. Formal action from the Planning Commission will be requested in early 2026.
