Approve the Development Standards Adjustment to City Code Section 7.4.201 allowing for the establishment of a 10’ front parking setback where a 20’ front parking setback in the MX-M (Mixed-Use Medium Scale) is required based upon the findings that the request complies with the criteria as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.525.

 

2.                     Motion to Deny

Deny the Development Standards Adjustment to City Code Section 7.4.201 allowing for the establishment of a 10’ front parking setback where a 20’ front parking setback in the MX-M (Mixed-Use Medium Scale) is required based upon the findings that the request does not comply with the criteria as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.525.
