The Chief Housing and Homelessness Response Officer will give an update on the Homelessness Response Action Plan (HRAP) and the recently announced Homelessness Response Team. The HRAP was launched in November 2024 and is now almost 60% complete.
Background:
The HRAP outlines how the City will coordinate to address homelessness, including enforcement, outreach, prevention, employment, and housing. City Council requested that the information be presented at a work session.
