Summary:
The Friends of Cheyenne Canon support North Cheyenne Canon Park interpretive operations and park facilities through their fundraising, events and volunteer efforts. As part of their fundraising campaign the Friends of Cheyenne Canon assisted with raising money to build the new visitor and nature center at Helen Hunt Falls. The Friends of Cheyenne Canon recently donated the interior cabinetry at the site, a value of $10,000 to the facility.
The Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services would like to thank their Friends for their continued support and efforts to enhance our park amenities.
