To provide for the future of the City, City Council maintains a strategic plan which prioritizes goals for the City Council and establishes measurable outcomes.  The plan process considers public input.  The draft resolution adopts the strategic plan for 2015 and provides the plan to the Mayor for consideration in the development of the 2015 municipal administrative budget.
