Background:
Colorado Springs Utilities typically proposes some changes to its Rate Schedules and Utilities Rules and Regulation tariffs in its annual general rate filings. These may include substantive policy changes as well as changes which provide greater clarity to policies through modifying tariff language. This presentation at the Work Session is to give City Council a preview of the proposed changes before the Rate Filing is made. Attached is a summary of the proposed changes.
