CPC AP 20-00061 Deny the appeal, thereby upholding the administrative approval of the temporary use permit for the Flying W Ranch office, based upon the finding that the temporary use complies with the temporary use permit review criteria in City Code Section 7.5.1403, as well as the finding that the appeal criteria in Section 7.5.906.A.4 are not met.
