1.                     Motion to Approve

Approve the Non-Use Variance to City Code Section 7.4.1003.A allowing one (1) off-street parking space for a Restaurant use with outdoor seating for the property located at 2001 West Colorado Avenue, based upon the findings that the request complies with the criteria for a Non-Use Variance as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.526 with the following conditions:

1.                     The outdoor seating area for the Restaurant use shall not exceed 20% of the size of the indoor seating area.

 

2.                     Motion to Deny

Deny the Non-Use Variance to City Code Section 7.4.1003.A allowing one (1) off-street parking space for a Restaurant use with outdoor seating for the property located at 2001 West Colorado Avenue, based upon the findings that the request does not comply with the criteria for a Non-Use Variance as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.526
