  Proposed Motion:

Approve the Conditional Use to allow a multifamily use within the PBC/AO (Planned Business Center with Airport Overlay) zone district, based upon the findings that the Conditional Use request complies with the three (3) review criteria for granting a Conditional Use as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.704.
