Background:
The Reagan Ranch Master Plan is zoned PDZ and MX-N with AP-O - APZ1 - APZ2. The added 21.86-acre parcel is zoned MX-N - CR - AP-O - RPZ - APZ1. The subject property was annexed into the City in 1988 in Ordinance 88-114.
