Pursuant to City Charter § 9-10 and City Code § 1.2.903, as amended, and Part 5 of the Rules and Procedures of City Council, as may be amended, Council-appointed boards or commissions may promulgate rules of procedure for the conduct of their business and meetings which must be consistent with the City of Colorado Springs rules and procedures of Council and shall be approved by City Council.
