  UPDATE:

At this time there is further work from the City Parks and Recreation that needs to take place for these applications to be ready for final public hearing. Staff will be withdrawing this item from the City Planning Commission agenda until such time the applications are complete and at that time a full new public notice will be established to post the items for a new agenda.
