Summary:
This ordinance corrects numerous internal code references to the provisions of Chapter 7.
Background:
The organization of the UDC differs from organization of the previous Chapter 7. As a result, references in Chapters 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 12, and 14 of the City Code to Chapter 7 will no longer be correct upon the effective date of the UDC. This ordinance will correct those internal references.
Previous Council Action:
The City Council approved Ordinance 23-03, adopting the Unified Development Code of the City of Colorado Springs (the “UDC”), on February 14, 2023.
