  Optional Motions:

1.                     Motion to Approve

Approve the Conditional Use based upon the finding that the request complies with the criteria as set forth in City Unified Development Code Section 7.5.601. with the following condition:

1.                     If the school were to exceed 175 students or if queuing backs up onto Federal Drive, the City will require a queuing plan to be approved by Traffic Engineering.

 

2.                     Motion to Deny

Deny the Conditional Use based upon the finding that the request does not comply with the criteria as set forth in City Unified Development Code Section 7.5.601.
