The request will rezone the 1.48-acre project site from PBC/cr/SS/AO (Planned Business Center with Conditions of Record, and Streamside and Airport Overlays) to PBC/cr/SS/AO (Planned Business Center with Conditions of Record, and Streamside and Airport Overlays).
