The project includes concurrent applications for a major master plan amendment, PUD zone change, and major PUD development plan amendment for 5 acres of land located at 5730 Silverstone Terrace. The major amendment to the Mountain Shadows Master Plan proposes a change to the land use designation of 2.4 acres from Research and Development (R&D) to Residential with a density of 3.5-7.99 dwelling units per acre.
