Body
Summary:
Per the Intergovernmental Agreement between El Paso County and the City of Colorado Springs, I am happy to report the Mayor has chosen a replacement for the Regional Emergency Management and Recovery Director, and that individual is Andrew Notbohm. Andrew brings ten and a half years of experience to this role and had been serving as the Deputy Director to Jim Reid at the time of his retirement. Andrew competed in a rigorous interview process against 73 applicants and participated in three separate interview panels, which included members of both City and County organizations and City Council.
