Recommended Action

  Proposed Motion:

Approve the Conditional Use Development Plan for the Seven Arrow Large In-home Daycare project in the R-1 6000/AO (Single-family residential with Airport Overlay), based upon the finding that the request meets the findings for granting a Conditional Use as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.704 and the review criteria for granting a Development Plan, as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.502(E).
