Approve the conditional use for Ecumenical Social Ministries Women’s Transitional Housing, based upon the finding that the conditional use complies with the review criteria in City Code Section 7.5.704 and 7.5.502.E, subject to compliance with the technical and informational plan modifications described in the staff report.
