Body

Downtown Partnership Staff, the Downtown Development Authority Board, and various City Staff have been working closely with planning consultants MIG Inc., Economic & Planning Systems (EPS), and Consor Engineering to draft a tactical update to the 2016 Experience Downtown Plan. This item is an informational presentation to City Council to describe efforts to date, introduce key elements of the initial draft, and to field questions and suggestions from Councilmembers. Formal action from City Council will be requested in early 2026.
