An agreement between the City of Colorado Springs (City) and Colorado Centre Metropolitan District (CCMD) to continue cooperating on fire response matters.

Initial agreement signed in 1992 and reissued in 2005.
Background:
The City of Colorado Springs agrees to provide fire, rescue, and emergency medical services through its Fire Department to the citizens and property within the Colorado Centre district. The agreement currently in place will expire December 31, 2019 and both parties agreed it is in their respective best interests to negotiate a new agreement prior to that expiration.
