Motion to Approve

Recommend approval of the Vacation of Right-of-Way of 35.856 acres of public rights-of-way known as Dublin Boulevard, Banning Lewis Parkway, and Vista Del Oro Boulevard based upon the findings that the request complies with the criteria as set forth in City Code Section 7.7.402.

 

Motion to Deny

Recommend denial of the Vacation of Right-of-Way of 35.856 acres of public rights-of-way known as Dublin Boulevard, Banning Lewis Parkway, and Vista Del Oro Boulevard based upon the findings that the request does not comply with the criteria as set forth in City Code Section 7.7.402.
