1. Motion to Approve
Recommend approval to City Council of the Major Modification to the Patriot Park Land Use Plan, based upon the findings that the request complies with the criteria for a Major Modification set forth in City Code Section 7.5.516 with the following condition of approval:
1. Upon approval, the previously approved Development Plan (PUDD-23-0016) for the property shall be withdrawn.
2. Motion to Deny
Recommend denial to City Council of the Major Modification to the Patriot Park Land Use Plan, based upon the findings that the request does not comply with the criteria for a Major Modification set forth in City Code Section 7.5.516.
