Approve the Conditional Use based upon the finding that the request to allow an auto and light vehicle repair use in the Mixed-use Medium Scale (MX-M) zone district located at 7752 Barnes Road complies with the criteria set forth in City Section 7.5.601.

 

2.                     Motion to Deny

Deny the Conditional Use based upon the finding that the request to allow an auto and light vehicle repair use in the Mixed-use Medium Scale (MX-M) zone district located at 7752 Barnes Road does not comply with the criteria set forth in City Section 7.5.601.
