  Summary:

Wynetta Massey was appointed City Attorney on April 8, 2014 (Ordinance No. 14-20) at an annual salary of $192,276. The Mayor recommends that Wynetta Massey’s annual salary as City Attorney be increased to $196,723, representing a 2.3% increase.  Ms. Massey has not received a salary increase since the confirmation of her appointment on April 8, 2014.  The proposed salary is within the range established for City Attorney/Chief Legal Officer in the 2018 Salary Structure approved by City Council on December 12, 2017 (Ordinance No. 17-113), and is below the market average reflected therein for that position.
