Summary:
This Ordinance enumerates the fees applicable to bicycle-share business licenses.

Background:
If City Council adopts a new section of the business licensing code applicable to bicycle-share businesses, the fees associated with those newly adopted licenses will also need to be implemented. Because the fees are enumerated in part 5 of the existing business licensing code, a separate ordinance to amend the fees section to identify the fees for these newly adopted business licenses is necessary. Standard general business license fees for the application fee ($0.00), annual license fee ($90.00), and the duplicate license fee ($5.00) will apply for the bicycle-share business license.
