Summary:
Rule 3-2 is being amended to remove the requirement for the Chair to be held by a citizen at-large member and requirement to have one (1) year of service on the Committee for prior to being elected Chair or Vice Chair. Also, being added is a provision prohibiting Committee members representing the entities who are under multi-year LART funding contracts with the City of Colorado Springs from holding the position of Chair, Vice Chair or Secretary.

The current the Rules and Procedures for the Lodgers and Automobile Rental Tax Citizens’ Advisory Committee were adopted by Resolution 39-16.
