The City Council would like to formally acknowledge Andres (Andy) Pico for outstanding service to the City of Colorado Springs. Andy Pico was elected to the Colorado Springs City Council in April 2013 as a District 6 Representative and was re-elected to that seat in April 2017. Andy has served as a diligent representative for District 6, serving the interest and priorities of his constituents. Andy was elected to the Colorado House of Representatives at the November 3, 2020 election.
