Recommended Action
Proposed Motion:
Approve the Conditional Use Development Plan for the Dang Daycare Large Home Daycare project in the R-1 6000/DF (Single-family residential with Design Flex), based upon the finding that the request meets the findings for granting a Conditional Use as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.704 and the review criteria for granting a Development Plan, as set forth in City Code Section 7.5.502(E).
