board members for volunteers. Mr. Gray said there will be a neighborhood  
meeting for the Parkside Historic District in February.

Mr. Gray presented a referral from the Colorado Historic Preservation  
Review Board and the Colorado State Register Review Board to nominate  
the Dutzi Estate for the National Register of Historic Places. It is located at  
4300 Ridgecrest Drive.

Beerbaum that The Historic Preservation Board after its review of the  
National Register nomination for the Dutzi Estate agrees that the proposed  
nomination meets the criteria for listing the property in the National Register  
and directs City Staff to submit a letter of support to the Colorado Historic  
Preservation Board for the Dutzi Estate from the Historic Preservation Board.  
The motion passes 6-0-1.
