properties scheduled for a zone change at the June 9, 2026 City Council

Department, stated he is ninety-five percent certain they are and he will  
verify that information.

Erin Powers, Stormwater Enterprise Manager, presented the Ordinance  
amending multiple parts of Article 8 (Stormwater Quality Management and  
Discharge Control Code) of Chapter 3 (Public Property and Public Works)  
of City Code pertaining to stormwater quality management and discharge  
control code and providing penalties for the violation thereof.  
Councilmember Henjum asked if the two Ordinances support each other.  
Ms. Powers stated they do not directly support each other, but they do  
relate to each other.

of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation’s trip to Huntsville,  
AL to learn about their business and military programs/decisions.  
Consensus of Council agreed to Councilmember Donelson’s request.
