Approve the Gilligans Island Filing No. 1 Development Plan based upon the finding that the request complies with the criteria as set forth in City Unified Development Code Section 7.5.515 with one (1) condition of approval:

•                     Approval of the Drainage Letter by Stormwater Enterprise (SWENT).

 

2.                     Motion to Deny

Deny the Gilligans Island Filing No. 1 Development Plan based upon the finding that the request does not comply with the criteria as set forth in City Unified Development Code Section 7.5.515.
