Summary:
City Clerk general business license fees are established in City Code. The City Clerk is proposing to move the fees from city code to a resolution process. The change would make the fees consistent with how liquor and MMJ fees are established by resolution. A resolution establishing general business license fees would be presented before City Council upon second reading of this proposed ordinance to repeal the city code section.

The change would make the fees consistent with how liquor license and Medical Marijuana license fees have always been established by resolution.
