Nomination to reappoint Deborah Chandler for a three year term on the Colorado Springs Health Foundation Board of Trustees.

  Summary:

Deborah was originally appointed to a vacant term on March 12, 2015, with an expiration date of March 12, 2018.  At the recommendation of the Colorado Springs Health Foundation Board, Mayor Suthers and Councilmember Merv Bennett conducted interviews and agreed on reappointments.

  Background:

The Colorado Springs Health Foundation (CSHF) was created to oversee the funds that the City of Colorado Springs receives from the lease of Memorial Health System, now operating as UCHealth - Memorial Hospital. This Foundation was charged with stewarding these funds in perpetuity for addressing health issues in the Pikes Peak Region.
