  Proposed Motion:

Move to approve an ordinance amending the zoning map of the City of Colorado Springs pertaining to 0.78 acres (34,048 square feet) located at 3103 North Prospect Street from R-5 (Multi-Family High) to R-Flex High for the purpose of providing public notice and setting the public hearing date for Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 9:00 am, to consider the Prospect Village Zone Map Amendment (Rezoning).
