Body

Downtown Partnership Staff, the Downtown Development Authority Board, and various City Staff have been working closely with planning consultants MIG Inc., Economic & Planning Systems (EPS), and Consor Engineering to draft a tactical update to the 2016 Experience Downtown Plan. This item is an informational presentation to the Downtown Review Board to describe efforts to date, introduce the initial draft, and to field questions and suggestions from the Board. Formal action from the Downtown Review Board will be requested in early 2026.
