Body

The Park Land Dedication Criteria Manual is an administrative document that integrates policies relevant to the provision of neighborhood and community parks within the City of Colorado Springs. 

 

To keep the Criteria Manual up to date with the most current acreage and fee requirements for Park Land Dedications, a resolution is proposed to amend the ‘Park Land Dedication Methodology’ on Page 11 of the Manual. This amendment would reflect the updated land dedication acreage required by unit type as referenced in CODE-24-0003 and Fee Schedule Exhibit A of CODE-24-0004.

Recommend approval to City Council the Resolution amending the Park Land Dedication Ordinance Criteria Manual.

 

2.                     Motion to Deny

Recommend denial to City Council the Resolution amending the Park Land Dedication Ordinance Criteria Manual.
